We will be taking in deer at our Bloomfield location, 102 S. State Hwy 25 (Elderland Restaurant) and our Zalma meat processing plant (three miles north of Arab on State Hwy E at State Hwy 51) during the Early & Late Youth Firearms seasons and during the Regular Firearms season.
Open Times at Both Locations:
Oct 28 - 29: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Nov 11 - 21: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Nov 24 - 26: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
For the entire deer season, starting with archery season on Sep 15, we will be taking in deer at our Zalma location whenever you want to check one in. All you need to do is call and tell us when you will get there and we will arrange to have someone there to take it in.
*Our experienced employees process the deer your way and make summer sausage, jerky, snack sticks, brats, or whatever else you want. We support "Share the Harvest".
Our processing plant is located approximately one mile south of Zalma or 3 miles north of Arab on State Hwy E, 500 feet west of State Hwy 51 (Missouri 51, Zalma, MO)
